ČD-T provides service operations throughout the Czech Republic, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Service is guaranteed by SLA terms and conditions. We also offer a detailed structured record of the infrastructure and related services, operation of central monitoring systems and customer support centre.

Maintenance of Infrastructure

The service includes performing regular maintenance of devices to increase in their reliability and serviceability. The scope of these activities is prescribed or recommended by the manufacturer directly, or it generally results from experience of operating the respective equipment.

 

Service parameters

  • Check of functionality of the equipment, especially network functions
  • Visual and mechanical inspection of the equipment, cleaning the equipment and filters, check of cooling, check of mounting and mechanical securing of boards, parts and the whole equipment, check of supply conductors, cables, connectors and terminal boards
  • Check for completeness of equipment, including record-keeping and documentation data
  • Measuring, setup and check of configuration of the equipment operating parameters, adjusting to the guide values
  • Check of the equipment power supply
  • Regular inspection activities, including reports
  • Electronic records of maintenance, service reporting

Service of Infrastructure

The service includes irregular interventions due to a failure or occurring based on customer's requirement to change their own ICT infrastructure. We provide the service for our own implementations, as well as for technologies supplied by a third party.

 

Service parameters

  • Solving the problem or emergency recovery of the equipment functionality with subsequent final solution and removing the problem correcting the problem as quickly as possible
  • Function test of the equipment
  • Changes in HW or SW configuration according to customer's requirements
  • Specification of the activities carried out according to customer's requirements
  • SLA guarantee (defining the time to start solving the problem and fault elimination, the time to the moment when the equipment is temporarily or finally put into operation)
  • Reporting service interventions with presentation on the customer portal if appropriate

We design and construct cable systems or power supply systems, implementation of security and CCTV systems, and transmission, voice and data networks. Operation of customer networks and systems consists of activities ensuring the integrity of operating the respective networks and systems, ensuring their configuration, and implementation of user or customer requirements.
